Kevin Henley

President & CEO

Mr. Henley is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the REIT, responsible for driving the overall strategic vision and growth of the organization. Since joining Canadian Net in 2017, he has been instrumental in expanding the REIT's portfolio and market presence. His key duties include overseeing corporate strategy, identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, managing the existing portfolio, and ensuring the efficient operation of the REIT's daily activities. Additionally, Mr. Henley works closely with the Board of Trustees, providing leadership in decision-making processes and maintaining investor relations. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Investment Officer from June 2021 to April 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer from November 2017 to June 2021. Mr. Henley is a Calvin Potter Fellow of Concordia's John Molson School of Business, where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance.
